A smarter way to track the movements of the sun and moon. This handy tool allows you to quickly and accurately calculate various sun and moon activities. It provides comprehensive data, including sunrise, solar noon, sunset, twilight times, equation of time, declination, and azimuth of sunrise and sunset. Additionally, it calculates the altitude of the sun at noon, moon rise, moon transit, moon set, declination, azimuth of moon rise and moon set, altitude of the moon during transit, date of the next new/full moon, as well as sun path and moon path throughout the day. Solstice and equinox dates are also included.

You have multiple options for specifying your location. You can use your GPS receiver for accurate results or choose from a list of over 30,000 cities worldwide. Alternatively, you can input your WGS-84 coordinates.

This tool covers any date between January 1st, 1901 and January 31st, 2099.

For tablet users with larger screens (8 inches and above), a special layout is available for optimal viewing experience.

Furthermore, you can easily share the information you gather on Twitter and Facebook.

It is important to note that while this tool delivers highly accurate results for most locations, its calculations become less precise for areas situated north of 65°N and south of 65°S.
